Steel Wall Panel System
Our Wall Panel System, incorporated the use of A36 10-gauge steel and was designed to have all the mounting hardware hidden from view. Using 10-gauge steel served two purposes, as the thickness avoided any tin-canning as well as any deformation caused to the front surface due to the welding process. The panels were custom cut according to the site field layout and various components were designed, allowing the panels to attach to the substrate surface. After all deformation was removed, the panels were then blackened in a patina process and protected with a clear matte powder coat to create a cohesive and weatherproof surface.
