A patina is achieved through a combination of metal surface manipulation and the application of solution(s) to the surface, forcing a rapid oxidation. Each piece that is patinated is unique and an artistic phenomenon. Kason Groups “Oxy” patinas create a wide range of colors which include deep yellows, dark reds and penetrating blue/ greens.
